Have you ever wondered how, in the movies, the action hero throws a knife and always hits his mark? 
In this adventure, we will teach you how to throw a basic kitchen knife, and stick it, into a target. Also, you will learn how to defend against brutal knife attacks like those depicted in the movies.

Knife Throwing - Use of a Tactical Folding Knife - Defense Against Knife Attacks - Multiple Knife Attacker Defense

 

Once you learn these techniques, you will go through a final knife fighting exercise that will challenge you and put your new capabilities to the test.
